Individual Therapy
Some people come to my practice after years of struggling to make progress is more traditional therapies, while others are new to psychotherapy altogether. Either way, welcome. I’m glad that you’re here.
My approach to therapy is warm, curious, respectful, compassionate, and direct. With nearly a decade of post-graduate experience, I collaborate with each client to identify their unique path toward a more fulfilling, pleasurable, and interconnected life.
I have significant experience working with people who are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, gender identity and expression, sexuality and desire, dissociation, relationship issues, grief and loss, disability, chronic pain, and the effects of marginalization and systemic oppression.
Since different people require different therapeutic approaches, I reference a range of modalities in my practice. I blend psychodynamic, relational, and Gestalt theories with somatic therapy, parts work, EMDR, harm reduction, mindfulness, breathwork, psychedelic integration, ERP, and other approaches to healing and recovery.
I offer telehealth and in-person psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, and multi-person relationships. For clients across New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, therapy is available via a secure online video platform. For those located near New Haven County, in-person appointments are available at my office.
